FedEx Freight Terminal Building * To construct a new 31,100 square foot, one story, pre-engineered steel office and warehouse building and related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Office: 4280 sq. ft. Warehouse: 26,820 sq. ft. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
Fire sprinkler work to include the installation of a dry pipe sprinkler system through out the entire facility. This includes return bends in the heated portion of the building.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00986
