To modify fire sprinklers in an existing 5,618-ft/2, restaurant/bar tenant space on the second floor of the "Mode Building" for a new tenant, returning it back to the original design.. Previous tenant was "Dublin Up Irish Pub and Eatery." This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to a building permit, but to a MIS permit: MIS03-00197.
