To install the underground fire service supply main for a new 9,834-ft/2, one story Type VN fully fire sprinklered building which will have 3,062-ft/2 office/retail and 6,772-ft/2, warehouse space for storage of Class IIIB combustible products (Motor Oils, Transmission Fluid, etc.) Work consists of installing approximately 22'-0" of C-900 on the north side, from the property line at Bethel and running south within an undisclosed area of the proposed structures footing and up to approximately 6" above the proposed floor elevation with a 6" S.S. Ames "In-Building Riser". Fire sprinklers will be used for area increase. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00420.
