(NEUROSURGEON'S CLINIC)(ST ALPHONSUS MOB #6-STE 400) To modify an existing "Shell" piped fire sprinkler system (FIR01-00098) in a new 15,473-ft/2, neurosurgeon clinic/medical office located on the entire fourth floor of a building that was built under BLD00-01744. This building is called Saint Alphonsus MOB #6. Fire sprinkler work is related to modifications of sprinkler lines and added armovers for new skylights. The addition/relocation of sprinklers for dropped soffits, new interior walls, restrooms and new suspended ceiling. This facility has sprayed fire-resistant materials. Hangers and related shall be repaired as required and undergo a Special Inspection. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-0640.
