(VANILLA FINISH)(VENTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP BLDG) Modify the existing fire sprinkler system for a new 1,000-ft/2, "Vanilla Finish" space in existing vacant shell building. Shell building was constructed under BLD03-00706. Work is related to new interior walls, a new suspended ceiling and a new accessible restroom. A separate permit may be required for a tenant to occupy this space (Great Clips). This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to the (vanilla finish) building permit: BLD03-002157.
