To provide and install a new fire alarm system for sprinkler monitoring in an existing building. The fire alarm system will include HVAC shutdown.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-00658) is to remodel an existing 1,768 sq.ft. two story office area within the warehouse and expand office area to 1,768 sq.ft. for a total office area of 3536 sq ft, and to remodel front of building per approved plans and attached engineering and CZC03-00025. Work will include, separating the office area from the warehouse with two hour fire barrier walls, this includes new walls around new portion and upgrading walls and openings around existing office area, construction of vertical exit enclosure from second floor area, remove and rebuild stairs on lower level access to warehouse area, remodel two restrooms to make fully accessible, new exterior siding at office area, new landing, fire sprinklering office area, new lighting system and new HVAC System. NO SEPARATIONS ARE REQUIRED, NO CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE GRANTED UNTIL SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS INSTALLED AND APPROVED BY FIRE DEPARTMENT.
