(ST LUKES-CENTRAL WING-4TH FLR)(SLEEP/EEG) To remove and replace all CPVC with Steel piping and add and relocated (approximately 21) existing pendants fire sprinklers for a new diagnostic rooms, patient rooms, workrooms, and support areas along with a non-rated new corridor, per documented plans provided. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01900.
