The associated building permit (BLD 03-02572) is to create new 659 sq. ft. expansion to an existing 4,539 sq. ft. office tenant on the first floor of an existing building per approved plans on file. New expansion is a file storage room. New total area for tenant will be 5,198 sq. ft. The remodel will also create a 276 sq. ft. building core electrical/phone/equipment room and an adjacent 1,784 sq. ft. vacant tenant space. A separate permit will be required for any tenant to occupy the vacant space. Work to include some minor interior demolition work, some new interior walls and a door, interior finish, some suspended ceiling work, providing accessible door hardware throughout tenant space for upgrade work, fire sprinkler work, and electrical work.
