(HOLLYWOOD VIDEO)(VENTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP BLDG) To make minor fire sprinkler modification for a new 6,500-ft/2 retail tenant in west end of existing building per approved plans on file. A "vanilla finish" permit for the space was done under BLD03-02215. Shell building was done under BLD03-00706. Work is related to new interior walls and two new accessible restrooms. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to the (vanilla finish) building permit: BLD03-002467.
