(STUBS SPORTS PUB)(FAMILY CENTER-BLDG A1) To modify fire sprinklers in a new 1,965-ft/2 sports bar. This tenant space is at the south end of the building. Work is related to the construction of two restrooms, partitions to divide kitchen restrooms and dinning areas, the installation of a type-2 hood. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02635.
