The associated building permit (BLD 03-02630) is to remodel a 1,657 sq.ft. portion of an existing shell building for a future tenant space. Work will include construction of 2 accessible restrooms, construction of interior partition to separate this tenant area from the adjacent tenant, install suspended ceiling, install new lighting, and installation of new HVAC System, per approved plans. NO Occupancy allowed under this permit, a separate application and permit will be required to obtain a certificate of occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase, any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
