The tenant space "Shell" was constructed under building permit "BLD03-01059." One restroom will be maintained and one restroom is being relocated. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls. This building is fire sprinklered to allow increased common path of egress travel length. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01983.
