To add two duct detectors for HVAC shutdown to an existing required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system.

1/30/2004 - Revised scope, to monitor a cooking hood in the space. Per the inspection, the back flow preventer is not annunciated separately (see comment #1), the FACP has 8 zones and duct detectors are being relocated to provide a free zone for the cooking hood. The next Tenant Improvement the expectation will be that the back flow preventer will be separately annunciated as the IFC requires.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-02635) is to construct a 1,965 sq.ft. sports bar per approved plans. This space is at the south end of the building. Work to include, construction of two accessible restrooms, construction of partitions to divide kitchen restrooms and dinning areas, installation of related kitchen appliances, installation of a type-2 hood system above oven, new counters, sinks and miscellaneous related interior finishes. New Hvac system and lighting. This building is fully fire sprinkled for area increase, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
