This is a repair to replace broken Post Indicator assembly at sidewalk near front entry. An automobile jumped the curb and knocked it off. Also replace the tamper switch attached to the post. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any other permit.
