Work is related to selective demolition of interior non-bearing office walls to make one 670-ft/2 conference room and 127-ft/2 closets/kitchenette, for a total of 795-ft/2. This building is fully sprinklered as substitution for 1-hour construction per records on file. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
