(EAGLES CENTER - 1ST FLOOR INFILL AND PARTIAL 2ND FLOOR) To modify fire sprinklers in an existing building for the construction of a 271-ft/2 floor infill on the 1st floor. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation on the 1st floor of 2x10 floor joists, floor sheathing and interior nonbearing walls. Related fire sprinkler work on the 2nd floor is the demolition of 309-ft/2 of the 2nd floor, a new steel floor beam, and an interior nonbearing wall. Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
