Resubmitted plans still do not match pipe sizing or layout of what has been installed. One area includes a remote area. See revised city plans for locations of problems. Upright heads in the attic along the east wall are spaced too far off of the wall since existing insulation does not fill the combustible space along the wall. Add insulation or sprinkler heads. There is a combustible cavity above the attic space that requires protection. Inspection stopped at locaton shown on plans. 4/21/2004 9:46:03 AM

second floor sprinkler piping rough-in is ok .Other areas I looked at do not match plans. I spoke to Bill Alexander and he agreed with me that resubmittals are needed prior to a rough-in inspection. I left a message on Tom's phone and spoke to the on site sprinkler fitter about it. 4/8/2004 3:26:04 PM
