The associated building permit (BLD 00-03216) is to refurbish the exterior of existing building by adding new decorative finishes; structural modifications for new windows; EIFS system as indicated; new landings, stairs & accessible ramp; restroom upgrade for accessibility compliance on first floor; and interior upgrades as noted per current code per approved modified plans, notes & attached plan review comments.
