(CURVES FOR WOMAN)(COLUMBIA BUS-BLDG B) To modify and existing system by adding fire sprinklers in a new 1,880-ft/2 tenant space for use as an exercise facility with a one-hour rated incidental storage room in existing vacant shell building space. Fire sprinkler work is related to new one-hour rated fire barrier walls, new interior walls, two new accessible restrooms, new suspended ceilings and possible SSU relocations/additions for new mechanical HVAC supplies/return. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
