DEMO PERMIT ONLY - Separate permit required for (Vanilla) Tenant Improvement (since BLD is still under review). Work shall entail the demolition of approximately 8 fire sprinklers located at the (dropped) ceiling level, which ceiling was removed by the Contractor, prior to receiving an approved scope of work permit, in preparation for a remodel. The tenant fuel loads of combustibles must be kept to a minimum and removed daily. Flammable liquids shall not be used or stored within the tenant space. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-2002, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
