(HEWLETT PACKARD-BLDG #5)(CAROUSEL RELOCATION) To remove and install a fire sprinkler head for the relocation of an (equipment) carousel unit from 3-5L Link to 5S Toner Lab, a 51-ft/2 area within an existing 600-ft/2 Cartridge Test Room, per plan and scope addressed in the permit application. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-03059.
