(ST LUKES-EAST TOWER-1ST FLR)(PATHOLOGY/HISTOLOGY/EMERGENCY & INTERNAL TRANSPORT) To add new pendant and several upright sprinklers in the remodel of 4 different areas on the main floor, totaling 5,774-ft/2, for office and exam rooms per plans. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of walls to maintain: the existing 2-hour passageway extension serving the existing 2-hour stair enclosure. The construction of 1-hour fire-barrier walls at incidental use areas and the creation of hospital & staff support areas. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02540.
