To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a new 3,555-ft/2, one story single family dwelling with a 1,253-ft/2 attached three car garage per plans. System modification shall protect all closets, bathrooms and attached garage with barrier protection on all walls/ceilings attached to the living space. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
