(UN-LEASED & LEASED TENANT SPRINKLER MODIFICATIONS) This permitted work is located on the 3rd floor (14,600 square feet total) of an existing high rise. This floor is completely being renovated either by new tenant improvement permits or fire sprinkler modifications throughout. This fire sprinkler work is relating to the un-leased future tenant space and existing, unsprinklered area/s on this floor comprising of approximately 11,644-ft/2 area. Fire sprinkler work is changing out all "hard" piped drops with the FlexHead system and the changing out of the original sprinklers to concealed sprinklers. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any other building permit.
