(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg G) * To install a 6" C-900 underground fire service supply main, South from a service tap off Bown Street and run approximately 40'-0" North into a corner and up through the floor with 6" Ductile Iron, to approximately 6" above the floor, within a new 6,417-ft/2 two story, multi-tenant, shell building. This building is to be fully fire sprinklered for Code reduction and fire flow requirements. Separate permits, plans must be obtained and approved for the overhead shell system and each tenant space to be occupied. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 and the IFC-2002, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
