(BOISE HUB - STATE FARM INSURANCE - STE 100) To modify fire sprinkler protection in a new 13,761-ft/2 tenant space, located on the 1st floor of an existing 2 story building. Sprinkler work is related to training rooms, a conference room, a waiting room, a lunch room, offices, and office cubicles. A portion of the existing 1-hr corridor on the 1st floor is being incorporated into this tenant space. This building is fire sprinklered for increase in allowable area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02993.
