(STEVEN-HENAGAR COLLEGE)(SHORELINE TECH CENTER-EAST END) To modify existing fire sprinklers in a new 11,789-ft/2 adult educational facility tenant which is installing classrooms, restroom facilities and support spaces with the construction of interior partitions, new ceiling and related mechanical. (Note: There are two, 3 hour protection of opening door assemblies being provided through an existing four hour fire wall, to access existing restroom facilities). This building is fire sprinklered for increase in allowable area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02672.
