(BOISE ORTHOPEDIC MRI)(ST ALS MOB IV-HARTMAN BLDG-STE 102) To add and modify fire sprinkler protection for a new medical office tenant in an existing 1,326-ft/2 space located on the first floor of an existing three story building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls, one new accessible restroom, and new suspended ceiling with soffits. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the plans, these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
