Description
To install a single (1) duct detector for FIR04-00100 (Dress Barn, no occupancy on this permit) and install three (3) duct detectors for FIR04-00101 (Backsmart, building permit has not been completed. Resubmittal will be required if additional fire alarm system requirements arise during review or inspection.) The existing fire alarm system is a sprinkler monitoring with HVAC shutdown and cooking hood monitoring.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-00006) is to perform interior alterations within an existing 6,877 square foot tenant space. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A separate permit will be required for tenant improvement work and to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. Interior nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD04-00092. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, wall furring and insulation at an exterior wall, store front glazing, two new tube steel columns, a monolithic concrete footing, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file.
