This tenant space is located on the 2nd story of an 8 story high-rise building and when completed will have a floor area of about 2,968 square feet. The current tenant will continue to occupy this space. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00011.
