(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg E) * To install a 6" C-900 underground fire service supply main, from a service tap off Riverwalk Drive, Southeast approximately 28'-0", then South approximately 10'-0" into the back of the building, and up through the floor with 6" Ductile Iron, to approximately 6" above the floor. This building will be a 6,500-ft/2 two story, multi-tenant, shell building. Separate permits and plans must be obtained and approved for the overhead shell and each tenant space to be occupied. This building is sprinklered for occupancy separation reduction and fire flow requirements. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 and the IFC-2002, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
