(ST LUKES-EAST-1ST FLR)(ENDO/FLOURO SUITE) To add fire sprinkler in the remodel of the existing Endo Room and the Endo/Flouro Room for same continued occupancy use's, "I-2" Hospital & Support Areas. This work entails the conversion of a storage room to equipment room and the remodel of one office for conversion into a restroom. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition of interior wall finishes, ceiling grid tile, wing wall & accordion door / frame system, floor finishes and cabinetry. This building is fire sprinklered for increase in allowable area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02853.
