The associated building permit (BLD 03-02476) is to expand the existing two story office area located within an existing warehouse building. The 1st floor office area is being expanded to 3,051 square feet and the 2nd floor office area, located directly above, is being expanded to 2,998 square feet. Work is to include concrete footings, wood and steel columns, wood beams, shear walls, a folding partition, a new stairway, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The existing restrooms are also being altered to be accessible to the disabled. The fire sprinkler system serving the entire office area (both levels) shall be altered and expanded to comply with NFPA 13-1999.
