Description
(EXPRESS)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-SPACE 2097) To remodel three tenant spaces 2097, 2096 & 2098, to create one new 6,859-ft/2 tenant. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new partitions, a new storefront with three roll-up security grills, the installation of suspended ceiling system, the construction of two new restrooms, and the installation of storage racks. This building contains a smoke evacuation system. The smoke evacuation system shall be maintained as installed under the 1985 UBC. This facility is also fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00044.
