(BACK SMART)(WESTPARK RETAIL B) To add 3, relocate 5 and plug 2 fire sprinkler heads on and existing fire sprinkler system to accommodate the remodel and adjoining three tenant of existing retail spaces into one. This will increase the tenant from 1,965-ft/2 to 5,415-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of approximately 35 lineal feet of nonbearing interior partitions and existing deficiencies. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00151.
