Fire safety & safeguards during demolition shall be maintained per Chapter 14, 2000 IFC & Chapter 33, 2000 IBC during demolition. Fuel loads of combustibles shall be kept to a minimum and removed daily. Flammable liquids shall not used or stored within the space. Fire sprinkler monitoring and alarms must be functioning properly. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit. This permit requires completion and signoff.
