This work is associated with a "Certificate Occupancy" determination in an existing 1,000-ft/2 building or portion thereof per Resolution 13533. Previous tenant was Smoke & Suds Retail Sales and this tenant will provide the same services. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: MIS04-00004.
