Stone Mountain Flooring - To install a complete (including inrack), wet pipe fire protection system in a new 35,675-ft/2, two story, concrete tilt-up structure, of which includes the 21,045-ft/2, two story tenant improvement for Stone Mountain Flooring consisting of OH-2 (miscellaneous mercantile) and High Rack storage protection for Group "A" Plastics. The remaining future T.I. spaces will include a retail/warehouse area, shipping and receiving area and a second floor office support area. All construction per the approve plans and attached comment list. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy outside of what is addressed in this scope of work. All fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02057 which is a "Shell" permit, but also represents work related to BLD03-03054, the Stone Mountain Flooring T.I. permit. The underground fire service supply is installed under FIR03-00814.
