(FALCON BAR & GRILL - FIDELITY BLDG - 1ST FLR) To modify and relocate 4 existing and add 4 fire sprinkler heads in an existing 1,066-ft/2 remodeled tenant space for a new restaurant located on the first floor of a two story (with basement) historic building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, (possible grease hood w/grease duct with a 1-hr shaft assembly and a dishwasher hood and duct. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive-rated construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00070.
