(WEST OF PHILLY)(RAM PLAZA BLDG #200-STE 110) To modify 11 fire sprinklers from pendant to upright in a new assembly restaurant tenant with commercial kitchen located in an existing 1,012-ft/2 space. Fire sprinkler work is related to the removal of ceilings and ceiling support system. Building permit work not addressed and may be required (separate permit or resubmittal) is addition of a new 4' section of Type I hood adjacent to existing Type I hood with new grease duct and rooftop exhaust fan, mechanical work, and electrical work. Previous tenant was "Teriyaki Time", a restaurant tenant. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00135.
