(TABLEROCK BREWPUB) To install new fire sprinkler system in the remodeled 6,617 ft/2 of space on the east side of the building, for future tenants, and in the remodeled 1,717 ft/2 area of the basement area for future office space. (No work to be done in the existing restaurant). Work includes both interior and exterior changes and mechanical, plumbing and electrical modifications. No site underground work addressed or occupancy allowed relating to this work. Work addressing construction under the building permit include construction of an exit access corridor, new core area restrooms, new exit enclosure stairway from the basement, the upgrading of structural columns, beams and footings and the remodel of an existing stairway. A new storefront system being installed and no fire protection addressed relating to its work. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
