(HONK'S $1.00 STORE - HILLCREST SHOPPING CENTER) To modify and add fire sprinklers for the expansion of an existing 2,960 ft/2 retail sales tenant space into an adjacent 5,893 ft/2 area. The common wall between the two spaces (92 feet long by 9.5 feet tall) is being eliminated. The top of the wall will remain as a bulkhead between ceilings. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a floor area of about 8,853 ft/2. This building is fire sprinklered to allow the area to be unlimited. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
