Sprinkler head is a Tyco Series "DS-1," Dry Pendant, 5.6 K-factor, 1" thread w/1/2", TY3235, 12" length, with a 401 canopy. This fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, as regulated by the Fire Chief. This permit and the fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any other permit, but appears to be an inspection upgrade.
