To provide notification and HVAC shutdown in the tenant improvement area to an existing sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-00735) is to remodel and expand a 8,289 sq.ft. space to 9,496 sq.ft. per approved plans. Work to include, construction of new partition, installation of new lighting, infill an opening in a two hour stair enclosure wall and relocate standpipe, relocation of Heat pump and installation of new ducting system, Miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled for one-hour fire resistive construction requirements. ANY alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
