(DR LIVINGSTON)(WESTSIDE PLAZA) To add 4 new Reliable Model "F1FR", SSP 5.6 K-factor (½"), R3615 and relocate 2 existing heads in the remodel of a 1,762 ft/2 medical office tenant located in an existing 14,870 ft/, single story, type V-B, fully fire sprinklered, "B" occupancy building. Work is related to the construction of two new restrooms and interior nonbearing partitions. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00555.
