(GEORGE'S CYCLES & FITNESS)(ONE FRONT STREET-1ST FLR) To add 6 upright fire sprinklers for the remodel and expansion of an 8,289 ft/2 to a 9,496 ft/2 space and relocate an existing 2½" standpipe hose valve to an approved, accessible location, (per faxed documents). The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new partitions and the infill an opening in a two hour stair enclosure wall requiring the standpipe hose relocation. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour fire resistive construction requirements. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00735.
