(ST LUKES-CENTRAL BLDG-3RD FLR)(E.P. LAB REMODEL) To modify fire sprinkler locations and install new standard coverage quick response fire sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 1,646 ft/2 E.P. Lab. Fire sprinkler work is due to selective demolition within the existing suite; the construct new interior non-bearing, fire-resistive walls, to create treatment, testing and support areas. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
