(CHIP HOUST)(FOREST RIVER-SUITE 440) Installing ten (10) new SSP sprinkler heads in a 1,012-ft/2 existing vacant shell space, for an office tenant, located in the northeast corner of the fourth floor of an existing four story building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls and new suspended ceiling. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
