Micron Building #24C - Build Wall For Return Air Plenum (24-20047104) - This permit covers Two (2) Phases. The First (1) phase is to demolish and remove approximately 195 lineal feet of interior partitions with (interior) doors to combine Photo 1 (129A) & Photo 2 (129B) with Hallway 130A to create a new approximate 2,300ft/2 open areas. The to install 2 temporary return air plenums (1 is 105 ft/2 on column D4 and the other is 135-ft/2 between columns F & G, both off column 16.5). The Second (2) Phase is the demolition of the two temporary return air plenums and the construction of approximately 74 lineal feet of clean room wall system to create a new 68' x 3' return air plenum at grid line 17, between grid lines D & F. All associated work is being performed on the first floor of Building 24C, between grid lines 16 & 17 and D & G. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
