(SEE'S CANDIES-TEMP STOREROOM)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-SPACES 2120/2121) To install four (4) new SSP sprinklers in two tenant spaces, of which one area will be for a TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY for SEE'S CANDIES and the other area 949-ft/2 will be used for the Malls Service area. Fire sprinkler work is associated with the construction of a partition wall to separate the service area from SEE' CANDIES. See's Candy retail area IS TO BE TEMPORARY WHILE OTHER TENANT SPACE IS BEING REMODELED. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
